Came in for an oil change, and the job was well done! On top of that, an inspection was done to make sure everything was in working order. Highly recommended for the price!

One of my tires suffered a puncture from a small screw and I was able to schedule its repair quickly and easily.

2012 Nissan Rogue 152,625mi… Along with a diagnostic (no check engine light) i asked them to vacuum the ac line, asked for an oil change and to replace driver front turn signal (provided the bulb myself) neither the oil change or turn signal was done! But I know NOTHING about cars but when a car has to hit 3,000RPM before it will move THAT to me SCREAMS problem!
The only reason I’m giving 3stars instead of 1 is because they were truly nice! When I dropped the car off the owner gave me a ride home! But should be checking his employees work… especially when the customer is adamant & repeatedly says something is wrong with the engine!! (Even SIRI told me in older cars most transmission issues won’t cause ☑️engine lights unless it affects other systems) I had more faith in a small town mom&pop shop tbh!!

Great shop! Very friendly and helpful, this is a rare shop that will not rip you off on repairs you don’t need. Don’t risk getting taken for a ride at another shop just get your vehicle to this shop and you will be taken care of very well.

Before Ohio Auto and Truck Center took over, Spain’s was a wonderful place to get vehicles serviced. Following the transition, their service and quality of workmanship is absolutely abysmal. They caused significant damage to a set of brand new wheels, tires, and brakes on one of my vehicles by driving it with locked up brakes,specifically against my wishes. They cooked the brakes, warped the rotors, and then to top it all off refused to take accountability for their screw up. A few years ago, I would have given Spain’s Auto Care a 5 star rating. Now I would strongly advise against anyone trusting Ohio Auto and Truck Center with their vehicle.
Edit (after reply): The damage I am referring to occurred when your team told us they would bring a rollback out to pick up our vehicle, and then instead opted to drive it back to the shop with stuck brakes, effectively cooking them in the process. You absolutely did not warranty the affected rotors, as the moment we drove it off your property the brakes were surging so bad during operation that the entire vehicle would shake violently. While yes, this did occur some time ago, I still felt the need to voice my experience, which did not at all go according to your account.

My appointment was set for 10:00 am. As I walked through their door on a dismal rainy morning I was greeted by “Boone”, their canine greeter, which made me smile. My key fob was handed over and the service began. Just a mere 43 minutes later I was headed home. Also their oil changes are over $50.00 less than what the dealership charges! I will definitely be returning.

The same as my last experience, exceptional quality.Greatly appreciated. Warranty axle seal repair was repaired quickly on my 2013 wrangler, and they also found a cracked weld and Welded it. The team is always professional and courteous.

I needed some regular and scheduled maintenance work done on my car. A friend suggested them so I made an appointment. I am very happy with the work done. They answered all of my questions. I asked about other work needed. They gave me detailed quotes for each job. I recommend you contact them for any work you need done. The employees and owners were friendly and really knew their stuff.

Well I got my pickup back and rover cross street and park it and next day I drove to work park it for our days and started to drive home stop at krogher store got my medication, and driving home on 245 when I noticed that brake stuck on and was stopping me to move. So some one don’t know how to do brakes over there!

Ohio Auto and Truck do great work. And I get a heads up if their inspection reveals an issue. Appointments are convenient, and I don’t have to wait for several days to get in. Try them and you will pleased.

Had tire replaced that had bulge on sidewall. They got us in quickly and out quickly! Excellent customer service !

Updated: Primary failure was the bolt backing out of the clutch as shown in the pictures. Did not strip the threads out. Can only assume the bolt backed out causing massive damage to the clutch and bellhousing. Multiple bolts overtorqued with stripped heads. No real reason to take the clutch apart so i dont even know why that would happen. Bolts missing from the upper half of the bellhousing. Harness not properly fastened down along the upper half of the bellhousing. Installed a RST clutch for much less myself and no issues. Maybe you guys need new mechanics.
If a oem clutch was put in and not a cheap unrated clutch, highly doubtful this would have happened. I drive it to the store and back. Not to work at all. I take one trip down south over the weekend and this happened. People are drag racing at the track on stock clutches and slicks and they hold up. I dont drag race my car. This is CLEARLY the fault of the clutch.
Paid 2500 for a clutch change in april. I went through the break in with mild shifting. The clutch exploded today. Sent metal out the bellhousing. Not sure what garbage was put in there but i will be replacing it myself this time with a upgraded clutch that doesnt grenade. Hopefully i dont need a new transmission.
